Bottle #1: You can get this bottle if you help Medli reach the entrance to Dragon Roost Cavern. If you already gained the Wind’s Requiem. before this area, you can change the direction of the ever changing winds to the direction of Dragon Roost Cavern’s entrance. When Medli lands on the platform, she’ll give Link his first bottle.

Bottle #2: Sail to Bomb Island which is just north of Forest Haven. Board the submarine in the area and defeat all the enemies in the submarine to reveal a hidden chest. Open it and gain the second bottle.

Bottle #3: Go to Rock Spire Island and board Beedle’s Ship and purchase the bottle for 500 rupees.

Bottle #4: When you rescue the girls from the Forsaken Fortress, Link will find the girl who used to be rich trying to break into Zunari the merchant’s safe. When you find her trying to steal it, she’ll freak out and say she wasn’t trying to steal anything. Get far away from the store until she runs away. Follow behind her, but not too close and do not get spotted. If you’re partially hidden from her view, Link will begin to meow to distract her. Keep following her back to the safe. Walk up to her and talk to her; when she asks questions, select the first option for each question. She’ll give you the last bottle.
