Mario
Mario is the representing figurehead for the Super Mario series in Super Smash Bros. Wii U.
Donkey Kong
Link
Link hails from The Legend of Zelda series and is one of the original characters that have stayed in the Super Smash Bros series.
Link uses his sword as his main source of attack, being able slash at characters at close range as well as down thrust enemies by jumping into the air and plummet down in midair. As seen in screenshots, he also uses a Bow to attack enemies from afar.
